I wanted to make contact to thank you and your Hamilton Team for their continued support whilst working at Hamilton City Council in recent months. A few observations below:
* The approach to the preparation prior to commencing on site is excellent
* The site work has safety in mind always as a priority and this I have seen is never compromised
* The quality of work produced on site is exceptionally high
* The sub-contractors when used are well managed
* Nothing is ever to much trouble – there is a real willingness to get on and complete the task in hand
* The checking and double checking prior to handover to myself is great to see
* The follow up with invoicing and close out is very good and timely
I would like also to state my complete satisfaction with two outstanding members of your team – Arron and Tahiwi. They knew exactly what I wanted and delivered every time without fail – well done to them both. They are a great asset to your team.
Mark James, Project Manager
A short note to say thank you for attending the official opening of Te Mahi Hou last week.
Te Mahi Hou has been a significant undertaking for Refining NZ. I’m sure you’ll agree that the opening did justice to four years of hard-work by everyone involved to get the project successfully across the line.
Your continued support for Te Mahi Hou during that time is much appreciated.

Project Coordinator | KEA TRADER
Dear Scott, Bruce and all at ISS, A very big thank you and appreciation towards the ISS Team for the invaluable assistance provided during the maritime emergency response required on the grounding of containership "KEA TRADER".
The dedication and professionalism of the company is evident throughout, from Scott himself mobilizing as the team leader, leading and supervising for the first week of the operations, to how the team has consistently performed safely and with such efficiency during the entire salvage operations is admirable.
There is no doubt that ISS has been and will continue to be a valuable partner of Ardent Global for a long time to come.

RE: Tasman Shut Support
I would like to take this opportunity to thank ISS for supporting OJI Fibre Solutions during the annual shut and in particular, the CD2 Outlet Device works. Your team responded professionally and quickly to provide resources and transportation outside of normal hours to help us return the plant to a running state.
Please extend our thanks to your team.
Site Lead | Siemens Wind Power
Hope this mail finds you well. We would like to highlight that we are extremely pleased with the hard work Cris Navarro has been doing the last many months. We had a perfect start of the project, without any lost time caused by missing tools or parts.
We overachieved the expected performance during the first 2 weeks, and the main reason for that is good planning and the great job performed by the whole team. Cris has been crucial in improving the site set up and helping the whole crew to sort out the team setups.
We also want to highlight his attitude and behaviour at site regarding QA and Safety topics, and his good job dealing with all the data and pictures required for our quality reports.
Project Manager | Facilities Unit
Gotta say I’m really impressed by the level of professionalism and detail in your quote.
Am still waiting for the other contractors' quotes which should arrive by end of next week, I’ve been told. It is duly noted and has been passed on to the zoo staff, the promptness of your quote and will be incorporated in the evaluation process.
A huge thank you for recognising the importance of this project.
Will be in touch regarding the evaluation outcome.
Nova Energy Outage Team
Re: Recognition of contribution to Nova's 2018 maintenance outage
We wanted to take this opportunity to recognise your teams for the support given to Nova Energy to execute the 2018 maintenance shut at Edgecumbe. With your support, we achieved our key milestones of zero lost time, serious harm, medical treatment and environmental incidents, as well as on time return to service of critical Nova plant.
We believe a key to success was a high level of professionalism from your teams who demonstrated positive engagement with Nova Energy's planning, work management and health and safety processes.
It was pleasing to see a consistent work culture of mutual respect, open communication and robust safety discussion, within an environment of good-natured banter.
Please accept our sincere thanks and appreciation.
