Each member of our team undergoes rigorous health and safety training, regularly. However, we know and understand that training is just the beginning. To ensure health and safety standards are upheld each and every day, we’ve implemented policies, processes and procedures to protect our Teams from the ground up. We take the time to reflect and review these policies regularly, responding to feedback from our teams and the wider industry environment.

Our ISS team based at the refinery have previously received the Transfield Worley Annual Health Safety and Environmental Contractor Award for Significant Improvement in HSE Performance. This is testament to our policy of continuous improvement in safety and culture.
