We are a scaffolding, rigging and engineering business with three main branches: Hamilton, servicing all of Waikato; Kawerau, servicing all of the Bay of Plenty; and Whangārei, serving all of Northland.

Depending on your location, we are happy to travel almost anywhere.

Depending on the job, we have a multi-skilled workforce who are happy to tackle most tasks.

You will be dealing with the job manager or site supervisor, but of course our management team is never far away and always happy to take calls.

Safety

Before assigning a team to a job, we ensure all required qualifications, training, and site-specific certifications are up to date and meet industry and client requirements.

Our dedicated HSE Advisor will work with you to ensure the required safety documentation is completed and in place before work starts.

Depending on your requirements, we can meet client-specific pre-qualification requirements.

Our qualified scaffolders inspect the scaffold before use and at required intervals, including after any event that could affect its stability or safety.

Safety comes first. Our team follows established emergency and incident procedures, communicates with the site team, and takes immediate action to protect people and minimise risk.

Scaffolding

We do it all, from residential homes to commercial and industrial sites, with solutions tailored to each project’s requirements.

It will depend on the nature, size and requirements of the project. We’ll work with you to plan and deliver the scaffold within the required timeframe.

Scaffold hire is priced based on the size, type and duration of the project. We’ll provide a clear quote based on your specific requirements.

Our project manager will discuss the change with you and mutually agree on the best way forward, including any extension to the scaffold hire.

We can adjust the scaffold as your access requirements change, subject to project and site requirements.

It’s what we do. Our capable teams can develop tailored access solutions for challenging or unusual structures. We can even provide you with a 3D image of what your finished scaffold would look like.

We can provide scaffold wraps and weather protection solutions where required, depending on the project and site conditions.

Rigging and rope access

Rope access uses specialist techniques and equipment to safely access difficult-to-reach areas without traditional scaffolding. Depending on the job, it may be a quicker or more cost-effective option. Our team can recommend the most suitable solution.

Where practical, our experienced team can plan and carry out machinery moves around your operations, with safety and site requirements considered. It’s one of our specialties.

We can arrange or provide the crane and lifting equipment for you, keeping everything coordinated through one team.

We can work around your schedule, including shutdowns, after hours and weekends, depending on the project requirements.

Engineering and fabrication

Our state-of-the-art workshop and experienced engineering team can design, build and fabricate solutions tailored to your project requirements.

Yes, we can carry out repairs on site where practical. Depending on the job, our team will recommend whether on-site work or our workshop is the best option.

Our plate roller can handle steel plate from 8–40mm thick and up to 3000mm wide, depending on the material, width and required diameter. If you require something outside this scope, we are only too happy to organise this for you.

We work with a wide range of metals and materials, including various grades of steel. If you have a specific material in mind, talk to our engineering team and we’ll assess your requirements.

Renewables

We support a range of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, hydro and geothermal, with experience in turbine erection, maintenance, access and all other associated industrial services.

We can work alongside main contractors and other specialist teams, coordinating our work to meet project, safety and site requirements.

Gear hire

Anyone can enquire about hiring our equipment. Depending on the equipment and hire requirements, an account or other conditions may apply.

We can arrange delivery and collection of hired equipment, depending on the equipment and project requirements.

Our equipment is inspected, tested and certified as required, and relevant documentation can be provided on request.

Training and competency requirements depend on the equipment. All heavy items come with an SOP, and you can also find SOPs on our website. Where required, we can provide a qualified operator as part of the service.

Any damage is managed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Hire. You should let our team know as soon as possible so we can assess and advise on the next steps.
